UZI design was initially established in 2000 as a product design partnership supplying a range of interior accessory products to high-end retail outlets such as The Conran Shop & John Lewis PLC throughout selected stores in the UK & Europe

The company has since evolved & is now managed by the proprietor Mat Brown (also a qualified visiting design lecturer) workng as a design consultant within the interior & product design sectors

In addition to the ‘UZI’ range of interior accessory products - now sold exclusively through this website, UZI design also works collaboratively with architects, interior designers & specifiers on commercial, private & residential interior projects. These range from initial design phases, through to managing larger scale projects, including the design, engineering / development, manufacture & direct supply of product items specified from the clients’ brief.

UZI design has developed a comprehensive knowledge of designing & working within a range of materials, processes & finishes, all of which can be applied to various projects & associated budgets.
